In our first session, we'll explore what's been happening in your life that has brought you to therapy now, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. We'll discuss your goals and what success looks like. This will help focus our efforts and guide our journey together. At the heart of our work is creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, accepted, and comfortable enough to be curious and explore all aspects of yourself.
