30 Min Complimentary Consultation
Finding the right fit is the most important part of the therapeutic process. This initial 30min video call or in-person meeting is a no-pressure opportunity for us to connect, discuss your needs, and see if we are a match.
Investing In Therapy
Individual Session (50 Minutes) $150
A dedicated hour to explore your internal landscape, identify patterns, and foster deep personal change.
Couple/Relationship Session (50 Minutes) $150
Focused work on communication, intimacy, and the shared dynamics between you and your partner.
Sliding Scale Rates
I am committed to making therapy accessible where possible and reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spaces for those who could benefit from a reduced fee. Please inquire directly about current availability. See FAQs for more information.
Insurance & Reimbursement
SENTIR operates as an out-of-network (OON) practice. This model allows us to prioritize your privacy and care. It ensures that our work is dictated by your needs and not by insurance company’s limitations on sessions or diagnosis requirements. Many insurance plans provide 'Out-of-Network' benefits that may reimburse 50–80% of your session cost. I provide a monthly statement (Superbill) to simplify this process for you.
Please contact your insurance provider before the time of service and check your eligibility, deductible and benefits coverage.
Some helpful questions to ask your insurance are:
Do my out-of-network benefits cover services provided by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate?
Do I have an out of network deductible? If so, what is it?
Where/how do I submit for reimbursements with a superbill?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment Methods
Payment is collected at the time of service. I aim to make this process seamless and accept:
Debit or Credit Cards
Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Cards
Note: A valid card is required on file to secure your initial appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Consistency is the heartbeat of effective therapy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
I require 48 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be responsible for the full session fee.
