Navigating Layoffs & Uncertainty

A Process Group for Men Impacted by Job Loss

The job markets in Seattle continue to shift, and for many of us the ground feels shaky. Layoffs disrupt our finances, our routines, and our relationships. They are stressful and confusing, and yet we’re expected to jump into solutions. Rarely are we given the space to talk about the complex feelings of anger, frustration, and fear that come with it. The reality is that losing a job can bring up deep seated insecurities, make us doubt ourselves, and challenge our identities.

Join an intimate, 6-week cohort to explore these topics and more. This isn't about networking or career advice; it’s a space to get honest about the complexities of success, “failure”, and figuring out what comes next.

This Group may be a good fit if you:

  • Have been recently laid off or let go from any industry or company.

  • Are struggling to deal with career uncertainty.

  • Feel isolated or deflated as you look for a new job.

This Group will provide you a space to:

  • Get Honest: Discuss the complex emotions of fear, frustration, and grief with a group of men that understands.

  • Unpack the Pressure: Together we’ll explore the unspoken rules that pressure us to “perform” and “succeed”.

  • Reclaim Your Identity: Explore your values and goals, and get to know what’s truly important to you.
